| For Hospital Staff | Delivery Points for samples |
| Basildon Hospital | Delivery of sample to the laboratory can be via the ‘air tube chute system’ or by hand to the Pathology Reception area , located by Phlebotomy OPD |
| Southend Hospital | Delivery of sample to the laboratory can be via the ‘air tube chute system’ or by hand to the Pathology Reception area, located on 2nd Floor Prittlewell Wing. |
| All specimens must be fully labelled as follows as shown in Provision of Requests for Pathology Tests |
